Makhmaderzoda Usmon Ma'mur was born on December 23, 1965, in the Gonchi district (now Devashtich), to a working-class family.

In 1991, he graduated from the Agronomy Department of the Tajik Agricultural Institute (now the Sh. Shotemur Tajik Agrarian University).

In 1991, Mahmaderzoda Usmon Ma'mur began his career as a senior laboratory assistant in the Department of Plant Growing. From 1991 to 1994, he studied full-time at the university as a graduate student.

From 1995 to 2007, he served as an assistant, then as a senior lecturer and associate professor in the Department of Plant Growing. From 1995 to 2005, he also served as Deputy Dean of the Agronomy Faculty at TAU.

In 1996, he defended his PhD dissertation on "Comparative Productivity of Grain Crops and Legumes in Post-Sown Sowings, Depending on Fertilizer Application Rates in the Hissar Valley." In 2007, he defended his doctoral dissertation on "Scientific Substantiation of Grain Crops and Legume Cultivation Technology in Post-Sown Sowings, Depending on Fertilizer Application Rates in Irrigated Conditions of Central Tajikistan."

In 2013, the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation awarded U.M. Mahmaderzoda the "Academic Excellence in the Field of Agricultural Development" award, taking into account his multifaceted educational, methodological, scientific, and educational activities. He was awarded the title of professor of the department.

From 2000 to 2020, he served as Head of the Department of Plant Growing, Deputy Dean of the Correspondence Faculty, Dean of the Faculty of Agronomy, and Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs.

U.M. Makhmaderzoda is the author of seven textbooks, 25 teaching aids, 10 recommendations, two monographs, and more than 151 scientific articles. Textbooks on the subjects: "Agrotechnical Features of Obtaining Two Grain Harvests Per Year in Tajikistan (2000)", "Fundamentals of Seed Production of Field Crops" (2008), "Crop Production with the Basics of Seed Production" (2011), "Vegetable Growing" (2014), "Potato Growing" (2014), "Fundamentals of Agronomy" (2016), "Vegetable Growing" (2019) are used by students of the following faculties: Horticulture and Agricultural Biotechnology; Agronomy; and Economics as textbooks and scientific literature.

Under the supervision of U.M. Mahmaderzoda, five candidate dissertations were defended. He is currently the supervisor of three candidate dissertations, and one PhD dissertation is in the pre-defense stage.

For his many years of fruitful work in the field of education, in 2002, U.M. Mahmaderzoda was awarded the "Philosophy of Agricultural Sciences" (PhD). He received the prestigious title of "Excellent Education Worker of Tajikistan," and in 2009, he was awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan.

By order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated December 27, 2020, U.M. Mahmaderzoda was appointed Rector of the Sh. Shotemur Tajik Agrarian University.
